* Learn to communicate

Keep communication simple and straightforward, cut out the middlemen between you and the receiver.

* Collaborate

Besides being a good communicator you’ll also need to be a good collaborator.

Collaboration also means knowing what’s at stake and to get the job done and to be a good team player.
